Winemaking...? Good grapes make good wine. In the winery we use gravity to clarify and rack wines to minimise wine disturbance. Reds are rarely filtered. To reduce our carbon footprint, we utilise Goulburn's cold winters for cold settling as much as possible, saving on refrigeration energy, Light weight glass bottles and corks are favoured, or low carbon footprint screw seals.

2023 Classic Dry Riesling (10.5% alc) - classic dry Riesling, flinty with typical cool climate acidity, lemony aromas...
2023 Chardonnay (12.7% alc) - finished in French oak barrels, subtle aromas of melon and stone fruit fill the nose, with integrated oak and a zesty acidity make this an excellent all-rounder.
2023 Chenin Blanc (11.9% alc) – The 2023 Chenin Blanc is a refreshingly crisp, light medium-dry wine with the typical herbaceous character known for this variety. This wine is suitable with most meals. Unfortunately, almost sold out – limits apply.

2023 Fruity Chenin Blanc – Chardy (11.8% alc) – a crisp refreshing medium just sweet wine similar to the 2016 award winner. Fruity on the palate but with balanced acidity.
2023 Sweet White (10.8% alc) - finsihed in French oak barrels, subtle aromas of melon and stone fruit fill the nose, with integrated oak and a zesty acidity make this an excellent all-rounder.
Red Wines
2023 Pinot Noir (13.1% alc) - Typical Pinot characters - lighter colour, some strawberry flavours. All previous vintages sold out.
2023 Cabernet Sauvignon (12.9% alc) – classic Cab Sauv, rich blackcurrant flavours, full bodied wine. Nearly sold out
2023 Merlot (13.0% alc) – Excellent fruit flavour, smoothe on the palette.
2023 Cabernet – Merlot (12.5%) – young, rich in ripe berry fruit flavours, claret style, medium bodied wine
Bin 2223 Dry Red (12.5%) – incredibly grapey, light bodied blend of Merlot and Shiraz.
